I understand that if an employment relationship is established, it shall not be for a definite duration and such employment can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice, at any time by Pro League or me unless there is an employment contract to the contrary signed by the Pro Cheer League Commissioner or those authorized by the Pro Cheer League Commissioner.
